It also includes sheets, covers, blankets and pillows.
Your kitchen includes: sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses and goblets, cleaning products, pots and table.
The bathroom has a shower, hot water service, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, soap and shower cap.
It includes among others: Smart TV and RoKu system, WiFi, table and iron, air conditioning, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, closet with slats, cleaning supplies such as broom, dustpan, bucket, mop.
Parking is according to availability in front of the same building. In addition, we have an agreement for parking 24 hours a day, in a private parking lot in the block behind the building, for an additional charge of US $ 10 P / night.
Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewerage Authority. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.
The internet service is one of courtesy enabled according to the availability of the service of the supplying company.
Pets are not allowed, SMOKING in the facilities, parties or activities in the apartments or in the common areas. Any violation of these rules will carry a penalty from $ 250.00.
